How long have you worked at Admiral?

I started working with Admiral in February of 2014.

Describe what you do.

My day-to-day role requires delivering fantastic customer service, dealing with concerns and queries, setting up new policies and helping my team performance. All the while having a great time doing it all and implementing ways to create a fun and laid-back, while still professional, atmosphere.

What attracted you to Admiral?

I was attracted to Admiral for the competitive salary and incentive structure, the employee share scheme, the health and dental benefits which started right away and the great hours.

What’s your greatest success to date at Admiral?

Since starting in 2014, I have been able to grow with the company and expand from motor insurance, to household insurance and now to multi-cover policies. I have held various positions over the past few years, and love the stability and having the room to continuously grow.

What kind of person succeeds in your role?

I think the kind of person who succeeds in this type of role is someone who is personable, customer service focused and driven to succeed and maintain great stats.
