How long have you worked at Admiral?

I started working with Admiral in June of 2015.

Describe what you do.  

My role requires me to deliver fantastic customer service (whilst dealing with any concerns or queries the customer may have), set up new policies for both car and home insurance and ensure my team is performing at an optimal level, all while maintaining a positive and professional attitude in an effort to implement unique and fun ways to drive performance amongst my peers.

What attracted you to Admiral?

What attracted me to Admiral was the competitive salary and commission based incentive structure, the employee share scheme, the health and dental benefits which begin at day one of employment, and the come-as-you-are, relaxed dress code environment.

What’s your greatest success to date at Admiral? 

Since starting in 2015, I have really been able to grow with the company and expand my skill set from motor insurance to household insurance and now to multi-cover policies and upgrades. I am actively involved with Admiral’s community, from the Top 10 Committee - which puts on many events for everybody in the Sales department - to an everyday Admiral Ambassador; I have really involved myself in everything Admiral has to offer. I have held various positions over the years, and I absolutely adore the stability and room for growth this company has to offer.

What kind of person succeeds in your role?

The kind of person whom is a positive force in the workplace: somebody competitive, autonomous, personable and a real go-getter. Somebody who not only actively looks for ways to improve, but also implements the feedback given. Also, goal oriented, customer service focused, and someone with the drive to maintain fantastic stats!
