Hybrid Working
Hybrid working or ‘Smart Working’ is a flexible working arrangement that incorporates a mixture of in-office and remote work into your working routines.
Monthly Performance Incentive
In addition to your base salary, our contact centre roles will earn monthly performance-based incentive through achieving targets. New starters will earn a guaranteed learning bonus of $300-$400 during the first few months.

No Late Working Hours
Shifts run until 6:15 p.m. at the latest, so no late nights or overnight hours. Currently, most of our shifts are finished by 4:15 p.m.
