I started on 26th March 2018.

What do you personally enjoy most about working for Admiral?

The thing I enjoy most about Admiral is the positive working environment and the amazing bonds built between employees. My co-workers truly are a second family to me.

What is the most interesting thing about working here, and about the work you do?

I think the most interesting thing is learning about UK insurance and being able to speak to customers in a different country every day. It's amazing how similar we are yet so different. After 3 years, I still learn something new every day.

What benefits have you discovered about working here that you weren’t aware of when you started?

The thing that attracted me to Admiral were the many benefits given to employees, but the thing I didn't know of before I started was the Personal Spending Account through Blue Cross. This has helped me so much with vet expenses and getting set up to work from home.

What advice would you give a job seeker who’s thinking about applying for a job with us?

I would tell someone interested in applying to Admiral to take information they already know about insurance and forget it. UK insurance is a whole new world, but the great thing about Admiral is we teach you everything. There is constant support and encouragement by management and peers. I would tell them to be open to learning and to receiving feedback.
