Customer Care Representative/TASC Agent


How long have you worked at Admiral?

I started working with Admiral in October, 2017.

Describe what you do.  

I started as a household only Customer Care Representative in October 2017, then became motor trained in Feb 2018. I was awarded TASC Agent position in Jan 2018. TASC Agents assist with coaching and support of fellow colleagues.  There have been two classes of motor only CCRs needing household training and I was involved with coaching those classes.  

What attracted you to Admiral?

I was told about the position from a current employee who couldn't speak more fondly of Admiral. The way they treat their employees and immerse themselves in a culture that makes work fun; I just had to see for myself. Now that I have been here over eight months, I know I definitely made the right decision. I am on the path to management and the support I've receive is amazing. 

What’s your greatest success to date at Admiral? 

I was awarded Model Office Top CCR, as well as appointed a TASC Agent within first four months of being with Admiral. With high accomplishments so soon in my career here at Admiral, things look very bright for my future with this company.

What kind of person succeeds in your role?

I feel a successful CCR is someone who can adapt to change, are confident in their role, seek further growth & knowledge, has time management and organizational skills. They must also  be empathetic and understanding. We can deal with some difficult customers but as long as we take care of their issues professionally and in a timely manner, we can make everyone happy.
