Describe what you do.

In a very competitive motor insurance market, my job is to negotiate with our customers with 'wandering eyes' and convince them to stay with us and continue our relationship for another year by re-assessing their policy.

What attracted you to Admiral?

What drew me in and sold me was the work culture and environment that Admiral has. Aside from the benefits I was impressed to see a company that genuinely looks after its employees and invests money, time and resources into ensuring everyone is taken care of and has the best experience possible.  

What’s your greatest success to date at Admiral?

Reaching the semi- finals in our first in-house Champions League Ping Pong tournament! ;)

What kind of person succeeds in your role?

I think the type of person who succeeds in this role is someone who is personable, self-motivated, resilient and has the ability to overcome objection.
