How long have you worked at Admiral?

I’ve been with Admiral for a year.

Describe what you do.

I am a Customer Assurance Executive. In my day-to-day role I investigate customers complaints and providing fair and objective resolution.

What attracted you to Admiral?

I had heard how fair and generous Admiral is towards its employee. I applied and was fortunate enough to land a position in our Renewals department before transferring to Customer Assurance.

What’s your greatest success to date at Admiral?

Being selected for the Customer Assurance role was huge for me. Having exposure to another side of Admiral’s business is a great way to develop and grow professionally.

What kind of person succeeds in your role?

Someone who can be impartial and fair, hardworking and very professional.
