I’ve been with Admiral for 4 years.

Describe what you do.

I investigate our service provision when our customers feel the need to complain. I am proud to be in a position where I can make informed decisions with customer experience in mind. It is very rewarding to be the final point of contact for customers who complain, especially when I am able to change the course and turn them into happy customers with fair outcomes.

What attracted you to Admiral?

When I joined the company I was seeking stop gap employment to carry me through to my next career choice. After realizing Admiral culture is uniquely employee focused, I began to see many opportunities for growth and quickly realized it is a company that thoroughly demonstrates employee recognition and is somewhere I want to stay.

What’s your greatest success to date at Admiral?

My greatest success at Admiral has been advancing to the role of Customer Assurance Executive within 1 year of beginning my employment.

What kind of person succeeds in your role?

Resilience, adaptability, self-management, and a positive focus on productivity are key attributes I feel a successful CAE should bring to the table. Overall, an empathetic awareness of customer experience balanced against fair business practices is our formula for determining great outcomes.
