How long have you worked at Admiral?

Describe what you do.

I’m a Senior Care Representative – half of my day is spent assisting our Team Manager with coaching, feedback and admin tasks, and the other half of the time I’m on the phone servicing customers and their policies.

What attracted you to Admiral?

The culture is what attracted me. I kept seeing posts on Instagram about how much fun it was to work here and at the time I worked in a very dull office environment, so it really called to me!

What’s your greatest success to date at Admiral?

Landing my current role was a big deal for me. I was unsuccessful in my first application to become a senior, but put in a lot of work to prepare myself for the role and after applying the second time around, here I am!  

What kind of person succeeds in your role?

Someone who is self-motivated and who is ready to put in the work to help others succeed.
