How long have you worked at Admiral?

I started with Admiral in December, 2014.

Describe what you do.

I help customers achieve a competitive insurance premium at their policy's renewal, while at the same time, providing an exceptional level of service and knowledge so that they can choose the right cover for their insurance needs.

What attracted you to Admiral?  

The upbeat environment and how well they treat their employees; but mainly because of the vacation time and the fact that you start with five weeks of paid time off. Getting that level of time off as new employee is unheard of with other companies. And let's be honest: who doesn't love time off?!

What's your greatest success to date at Admiral?  

I was asked to attend an awards ceremony in the UK after being recognized as a top CCR in New Business. Admiral was nice enough to cover my expenses for the time I was there and I was able to travel a little in Europe afterwards. I’ve been trying to go back ever since as I had the time of my life! Thanks Admiral!

What kind of person succeeds in your role?  

The people that stand out from the rest are: upbeat, adaptable and just genuinely happy people. Being positive and open to feedback are keys as there is no other way to learn in this environment. We all learn from each other and without my peers I would not have seen the success I’ve had in my time here.
